Tonbridge and Malling Draft Cycling Strategy (March 2009)

Although not in the East Kent district, this Draft Cycling Strategy (source), prepared by Sustrans, makes interesting reading. The route proposals are presented with reasonably detailed maps, descriptions and photos.
