I am greatly encouraged by yet another bold step by CCC and others to improve the cycling routes in and about the City. Well done.
Perhaps a trail from Bridge into the City via farmland and the schools on the Old Dover Road could be promulgated once funds become available.
The Bridge to Canterbury route is something we are determined to see prioritised and built in the not so distant future. We have plenty of support from local school, villagers and councillors for the proposed route, but sadly funding is lacking at the moment. Check out the Future routes page for more detail. There are issues that need to be addressed but the first steps have already been taken.
