Isle of Sheppey Cycle Routes consultation

Kent County Council are currently consulting about the development of two cycle routes on the Isle of Sheppey. Feedback is welcomed until 29th March 2010.

    Can you please advise where these proposed cycle routes are? Would love to be able to get to Eastchurch without risking life and limb along the lower road?

    The routes are around Sheerness and on some tracks on the eastern side of Sheppey. See the blue dashed lines here:

    (Note that not all of the eastern Sheppey route has been marked in yet)

    So, they don’t cover Eastchurch yet, though we there are possible future plans here.
